At College Possible Wisconsin, I lead statewide program operations serving approximately 1,200 students across partnerships with 13 high schools and seven higher education institutions. I translate organizational priorities into program plans, workflows, staffing structures, and measurable objectives.
I build relationships with education partners, community organizations, and internal stakeholders to coordinate services and advance shared goals. I also navigate program transitions, manage budgets, and supervise a team of four direct reports and five indirect reports.
Before becoming Program Director, I held recruitment and operations roles at College Possible Wisconsin, managing AmeriCorps recruitment, member processes, and program reporting. Earlier, I supported the Health Care Practice Group at Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren, s.c., as a Legal Administrative Assistant.
