At University of St. Thomas, I lead front operations for the undergraduate business student services suite, supporting questions about academics, advising, registration, and experiential learning.
I collaborate with the Undergraduate Business Programs team on data-driven opportunities and experiences intended to increase retention and successful student outcomes. I also support event programming and engagement initiatives, including events with attendance of up to 400 people.
At University of Minnesota, I led student appointments for major declarations, course planning, and resource referrals. I planned and executed 8 to 10 events per year, reaching audiences of 100+ students.
At Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid, I supported hiring managers with requisitions and contributed to more than 45 successful talent acquisitions. I also conducted new-hire check-ins, processed work eligibility documentation, and assisted with basic payroll functions.
