What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an admissions/advising role where I can guide applicants consultatively, manage high-volume pipelines, build strong relationships, and use performance metrics to drive enrollment in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

I’m an Admissions and Advising professional with 5+ years of experience supporting adolescent, adult, and non-traditional learners through high-volume, consultative admissions cycles. I build trust quickly and guide applicants from inquiry to enrollment across competitive healthcare and graduate programs.

In my current Student Engagement Specialist role, I manage a high-volume pipeline from inquiry through enrollment, conduct comprehensive need assessments, and align applicants with the right academic programs based on goals and readiness. I’m known for objection handling and trust building, and for consistently meeting or exceeding enrollment and activity benchmarks in performance-driven environments.

Earlier, I served as a School Counselor, providing academic, career, and social-emotional counseling to support persistence, goal-setting, and student success. Before that, I worked as a teacher assistant and paraprofessional supporting Tier 2 and Tier 3 learners, and as a Registered Behavior Technician delivering ABA therapy and collecting precise data to improve outcomes.
