What I'm looking for

I’m looking to continue leading relationship-driven, mission-aligned admissions work—guiding families and preparing students through holistic assessments, interview coaching, and fit-based placement with care and clarity.

I’m an Educational Advisor focused on early childhood development and independent school admissions, grounded in my M.A. in Early Childhood Education & Special Education and New York State certification (Birth–Grade 2). I lead with a holistic, mission-aligned approach that centers play-based observation, developmental readiness, and family values.

In my current role as an Admissions Assessor at Ethical Culture Fieldston School, I conduct holistic applicant assessments through play-based observations and structured student interactions. I also lead parent interviews, review applications collaboratively, and partner with admissions leadership to support a relationship-driven admissions experience built on care, trust, and community connection.

As an Independent Educational Consultant (2024–Present), I advise families through inquiry to enrollment decision-making—covering fit analysis, school transitions, and long-term pathway planning. I prepare students for admissions with interview coaching, communication skill-building, and assessment readiness, while guiding families on timetables, inquiry strategy, and developmental considerations.

Before consulting, I served as Associate Director, K–12 & K–12 / Boarding Consultant at InAmerica Education (2022–2024), leading admissions advising and placement strategy across independent day and boarding pathways. Earlier, I worked as an Early Childhood & Lower School Teacher & Admissions Evaluator (2014–2022), where I designed and launched a founding early childhood curriculum and partnered across teams to assess applicants and represent school philosophy—later continuing those relationships as an independent consultant.
