I've led specialized PHP/IOP behavioral health programs at Compass Health Center, directing clinical and operational delivery for adults with OCD, complex anxiety, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders. I currently support Adult Virtual Programs as Interim Associate Director while continuing direct clinical care in a fully virtual setting.
I’ve managed multidisciplinary teams, designed psychoeducational curriculum and patient-facing resources, launched a clinical internship, and improved workflows that reduce administrative burden and strengthen patient access.
