Manage a virtual clinical crisis social work team of 40 employees covering 45+ hospitals across seven states and led deployment of 25+ new crisis programs to expand telehealth crisis services. Oversee recruiting, credentialing, training, budgeting, program development, and community engagement to maintain service quality.

Performed mental health research and data analysis for the CMO and Med Team, developing and presenting trainings that informed clinical practice and administrative decisions. Collected and analyzed clinical data to support program evaluation and service improvements.

Reviewed and audited mental health facilities and programs to improve compliance with organizational and state standards and analyzed audit data to recommend improvements. Trained clinicians on EHR use and effective charting and supported program evaluation efforts.

Provided psychoeducational groups and mentoring to adolescent and latency inpatients and trained staff to improve clinical skills and operational accuracy. Delivered patient-centered interventions to support recovery and discharge planning in an inpatient setting.

Provided individual and group therapy, case management, and discharge planning for patients and families in an inpatient psychiatry setting. Expanded therapy resources and connected patients with community supports to improve continuity of care.

Provided supervised individual and group therapy with a primary focus on geriatric patients, participated in treatment planning, and administered screenings to inform data-driven service improvements. Contributed to treatment team meetings and care coordination.

Activities and societies: BYU-Idaho Social Work Society President; organized service projects and fundraisers for elderly, disabled, and homeless populations.
