Melody Cruz

As a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have honed my skills in adult therapy and program management. With a strong background in mental health, I have worked with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults. My expertise lies in providing crisis interventions, individual and family therapy, and developing treatment plans that cater to individual needs.

In my current role as Associate Director of Adult Program at Compass Health Center, I manage and supervise a team of therapists, provide clinical supervision, and attend leadership meetings. I have also implemented new groups and cohorts to the current treatment schedule, including the development of a BIPOC cohort. My passion for mental health and commitment to delivering high-quality care drive my professional endeavors.

Throughout my career, I have worked in various settings, including inpatient and outpatient facilities, and have gained valuable experience in clinical charting, billing, and community resource connection. I am dedicated to staying updated on the latest empirically supported treatments and best practices in the field.
