I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Clinical Director with experience in behavioral healthcare leadership, clinical operations, program development, people management, quality improvement, compliance, risk management, utilization review, and organizational problem-solving.

In my current role, I oversee multidisciplinary teams across PHP and IOP behavioral health programs, including therapists, case managers, clinical liaisons, and facilitators. My experience includes staff supervision and development, workflow and process improvement, program design, documentation standards, regulatory compliance, outcome analysis, treatment operations, and managing complex clinical and operational challenges.

Key accomplishments include helping scale programming from approximately 25 to 50 clients, reducing AMA discharges from above 13% to below 10%, achieving program completion rates above 50%, supporting approximately 50% of clients in transitioning to lower levels of care, and developing a PHP-from-home program. I have also created workflows, policies, staff training, clinical programming, and quality-improvement initiatives.

My strongest attributes are systems thinking, problem-solving, strategic thinking, program development, process improvement, leadership, project ownership, cross-functional communication, data-informed decision-making, and creating structure in complex or ambiguous environments. I am most energized by identifying problems, understanding their root causes, developing solutions, implementing improvements, and measuring outcomes.

For my next career move, I want to explore opportunities beyond traditional direct clinical leadership. I am particularly interested in clinical or healthcare operations, healthcare strategy, program management, implementation, quality improvement, healthcare technology, digital health, behavioral health strategy, AI in healthcare, and roles connecting clinical expertise with operations, product, or technology. I am also open to adjacent roles where my transferable skills may be valuable.

My ideal role offers autonomy, intellectual challenge, measurable outcomes, problem-solving, and opportunities to build or improve systems without continuous responsibility for clinical crises. I prefer remote or hybrid work, want clearer work-life boundaries, with long-term growth potential. I am open to developing new technical, analytical, or business skills to expand my career options.
