What I'm looking for

I’m looking to drive healthcare access and operational improvement through executive-level communication, governance, compliance, and data-informed strategy—partnering with leaders across diverse stakeholders to deliver measurable impact.

I serve as a Supervisory Health System Specialist at VA Tennessee Valley Healthcare System, providing senior advisory and administrative support to the Health System Director (Chief Executive Officer) as a communications strategist and business development partner. I cultivate relationships across national, regional, and local executive leadership teams, congressional delegates, DOD, department chiefs, accrediting bodies, employees (5000+), patients, and community stakeholders, translating priorities into actionable operational and communications strategies.

I develop and execute governance-focused work—fact findings, white papers, tool kits, policies and procedures, strategic/performance plans, and process improvement initiatives tied to access to care and operational optimization. I also supervise Business Integrity and Compliance, coordinate the annual budget cycle with a 60+ department proposal process, manage Facility Performance Plan requirements, and use PowerBI, SharePoint, and LEAF to streamline escalation communication, documentation, data collection, and governance reporting.
