What I'm looking for

I seek roles designing inclusive, research-driven curricula and staff development using AI and digital learning to improve outcomes and scale impact.

I am a holistic SEND and English specialist who designs research-backed, AI-powered curricula and staff development initiatives that boost learner engagement and operational efficiency. I have led curriculum transformation across post-16 and 11–16 settings, authored original programmes of study, and driven measurable improvements in attainment, attendance and staff satisfaction.

As an educational consultant and practitioner I apply instructional design, digital learning platforms and microlearning to expand access and accelerate progress for diverse learners, including Looked After Children, UASC and students with complex needs. I combine optimism and determination with continuous professional development in AI, instructional design and inclusive practice to deliver sustainable, impact-focused solutions.
