What I'm looking for
I am a holistic SEND and English specialist who designs research-backed, AI-powered curricula and staff development initiatives that boost learner engagement and operational efficiency. I have led curriculum transformation across post-16 and 11–16 settings, authored original programmes of study, and driven measurable improvements in attainment, attendance and staff satisfaction.
