What I'm looking for
I’m a highly motivated talent acquisition professional with a track record in high-pressure, fast-turnaround hiring and client-facing roles. Throughout my career, I’ve built strong working relationships with clients, candidates, and peers, using excellent communication and personal initiative.
In my most recent role as Talent Acquisition Partner, I partnered with stakeholders across APAC, EMEA, and North America as part of a two-person global hiring team. I ran interview training for hiring managers, led hiring strategy and forecast discussions, and managed the end-to-end recruitment cycle—from strategy through offers.
I sourc ed and headhunted candidates through LinkedIn and internal databases, then conducted screening calls and interviews via phone, video, and face-to-face. I also supported hiring decisions by providing feedback, and I have hired globally across multiple regions while aligning recruitment to business needs.
Earlier in my career, I grew recruitment and sales capability through roles as a Recruitment Consultant/Account Manager in a construction and interiors agency and held account management responsibilities in a Nationwide Security and Maintenance context. I’m now seeking to progress, and I stay eager to learn, improve processes, and deliver results for the teams and people I support.
