At Verifone, I design onboarding and refresher programs for helpdesk agents supporting customers across Nordic and LATAM markets. Cohorts I launched in Denmark, Finland, Sweden, and Mexico cut customer complaints by 70%, shortened ramp time, and improved QA results.

I also build practical AI enablement at Verifone: a five-module Claude training program, an interactive toolkit, and custom tools for instructional design review, internal messaging, and translation. I authored an AI Enablement Framework that I presented to VP leadership.

At ARcade Mx, I design microlearning and onboarding with VR and gamification, using rapid prototypes to align with clients and SMEs. Projects include VR operator training for MicaFluid and a VR cybersecurity experience for Del Valle.

At Fonda Argentina, I proposed and designed the restaurant group's internal training academy, delivering its first three courses and a 12-month plan. Earlier, I directed production of 25+ online courses at Platzi and improved Product School's certification and onboarding experience.
