What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Lead Learning Experience Designer role where I can build digital learning at scale for a global, values-driven community.

At IBM de México, I designed and evolved the Enterprise Design Thinking workshop for Mexico, most recently incorporating AI. I also designed and facilitated companion workshops in UX Writing and Testing, training and mentoring 800+ practitioners and students.

At Tecnológico de Monterrey, I designed self-paced corporate training courses, including one built for OXXO, using Articulate Rise and Storyline. I also implemented LMS platforms and authored course content, assessments, and supporting video.

At Deloitte Digital, I built and scaled the UX/UI Delivery Center practice from 3 to 30+ designers in 8 months. I also built AT&T’s Customer Connect design system from scratch and created onboarding programs that drove a 60% increase in adoption.

My UX and product design background shapes an iterative, user-centered approach to learning design, supported by accessibility practices including WCAG. I use Claude and Claude Code to develop content, iterate on curricula, and prototype learning flows, and I’m looking for a Lead Learning Experience Designer role building digital learning at scale for a global, values-driven community.
