What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead product and service design for extreme users—using HCD, qualitative research, and systemic thinking to align stakeholder needs, business viability, and SDG impact within teams that value evidence and inclusion.

I’m a Strategic Product Design Engineer with an MSc in Disability, Design & Innovation from UCL, and I specialize in turning complex ambiguity into actionable product strategies and inclusive services. I deconstruct “wicked problems” at the intersection of technology, disability, and social impact, using evidence-based research and systemic design.

My work combines Human-Centered Design with Systemic Thinking, qualitative research, and Jobs to be Done (JTBD) to translate unmet needs into direction for teams. As a social entrepreneur (CEO & Co-founder), Senior Innovation Consultant, and project lead, I bridge stakeholder ecosystems through stakeholder mapping, workshop facilitation, and strategic roadmaps—so solutions align user needs, business viability, and SDG impact.
