Zlatko Lazarov

Co-founded Ingenious, a services network connecting freelancers and companies, and currently leads product and brand work end-to-end for clients. Owns design across engagements, including user research, design systems, and prototyping through to production-ready delivery.

Designed features for a first-of-its-kind multiplayer iGaming app and contributed to its revamp following acquisition by FanDuel. Planned user flows, conducted user research, and supported design-system improvements for consistency and usability.

Restructured the design function into multiple departments and led a team of designers and interns. Delivered UX/UI for company websites, supervised developers to ship pixel-perfect builds, and produced brand guidelines and mixed media design for events and client booths.

Owned complete UX/UI design for a web-based online casino, covering product design from logos to complex digital campaigns. Supervised developer delivery from designs and worked across design systems and user research.

Produced classic and digital marketing materials, combining UX/UI design with video animation. Made data-driven design decisions and worked on conversion-focused funnels for the iGaming affiliate model, including accessibility and conversion optimization.

Designed advertising and corporate materials across web and print, and built and maintained the company’s websites. Contributed to both digital and traditional brand and communication deliverables.

Designed mixed media and led web development while coordinating a small team of designers and copywriters. Managed delivery across web and multi-format creative production.

Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Arts from the University of Teesside (Prague campus), completed in 2010.

High School Diploma from Navarre High School (senior year), completed in 2007.

Studied spatial design, video, and lighting for live event stages and client booths at Gymnasium “Slavco Stojmenski”.
