I am a dedicated leader with extensive experience in overseeing clinical teams, focusing on accessible care and innovative solutions. Currently, I serve as the Director of Clinical Administration at Total Life, where I supervise and manage approximately 200 therapists. My role involves conducting regular performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback to enhance documentation performance and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Throughout my career, I have developed and implemented policies and procedures that align with best practices and regulatory requirements. My previous experience as an iCBT Coach at Tranquility allowed me to deliver structured support to clients, fostering resilience and skill development. I am passionate about creating inclusive environments and have volunteered as a Counsellor, working with children with learning disabilities to facilitate recreational programming.
