At YMCA of Greater Toronto, I lead regional day camp operations across multiple sites, overseeing workforce management, recruitment, compliance, and program delivery through coordinators and site leaders.
I oversaw full-cycle recruitment for 500+ seasonal staff and led onboarding for staff and volunteers, helping ensure teams were prepared, trained, and compliant before programs began.
I also oversee payroll processes, risk management, and transportation operations across the sites. I coach camp leadership teams and support their performance management through mid- and end-of-season evaluations.
Earlier, I supported clinical operations as a Physiotherapy Assistant at Back Clinics of Canada and worked in education, reception, and camp administration. I hold a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Kinesiology (Honours) and a Children’s Mental Health Certificate.
