What I'm looking for

I seek a collaborative clinical role where I can provide client-centred therapy, lead workshops, continue professional development, and contribute to multidisciplinary teams.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (PACFA, CRPO) with an MA in Counselling Psychology who provides client-directed counselling to adults, teens, and couples, applying CBT, ACT, DBT and person-centred modalities. I independently develop and lead workshops, conduct comprehensive assessments, create treatment and safety plans, and maintain all clinical documentation while engaging in ongoing supervision.

My background spans clinical practice and operational leadership across healthcare, education, and community projects, including managing safety programs and designing nature-play initiatives. I bring a collaborative, evidence-informed approach, a commitment to professional development, and a passion for fostering emotional literacy, interpersonal effectiveness, and psychological flexibility.
