At Griffin Museum of Science and Industry, I lead marketing, brand, communications, digital experience and revenue strategy. I shifted marketing from campaign-by-campaign activity to disciplined audience and revenue planning, contributing to 11% year-over-year attendance growth.
At Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago, I built and led a 25-person multidisciplinary team and shaped how the institution expressed its point of view across exhibitions, programs and audience experiences. Earlier, I built Chicago Hot Dog Fest into a three-day citywide experience that attracted nearly 20,000 attendees and generated nearly $2 million in ticket revenue.
