At IANS Research, I built the React/Next.js frontend and Node.js streaming layer for Ask IANS, a production AI research assistant with conversation history, citations, Word export, and Salesforce-based access controls.

I also delivered a document conversion and publishing service using Python/FastAPI and Claude APIs, integrated with Salesforce and Sitefinity CMS. It reduced complex-document processing from more than five hours to approximately 15–30 minutes.

My work at IANS also includes learning-platform features, production releases, test coverage, and Azure deployment workflows. Before moving into development, I worked at IBM on enterprise technology relationships and earned Hundred Percent Club recognition in 2017 and 2018.
