What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an administrative/operations leadership role where I can own day-to-day workflow, run AR/AP and payroll, ensure compliance, and build efficient systems—while partnering closely with clients, vendors, and a growing team.

I’m an administrative professional with 10+ years managing business operations, financials, and office functions across healthcare, hospitality, and retail. I take ownership of administrative systems in fast-moving organizations and build structure where it’s needed.

I manage full-cycle accounts receivable and payable, generate invoices, maintain billing records, reconcile transactions, and oversee payroll. In my roles, I’ve also owned compliance with business regulations and internal documentation standards, while coordinating vendors, procurement, and day-to-day workflow.

I’m known for client communication and issue resolution, serving as a primary point of contact for inquiries and escalations. I also onboard and supervise administrative staff, coordinate logistics and inventory, and support smooth operations for multi-stakeholder environments.
