I'm building and directing the wine program at The Global Ambassador Hotel, overseeing a multi-outlet operation generating $10,000,000 in annual wine revenue within a $48,000,000 beverage operation.
I lead wine purchasing, programming, service, data analysis, P&L narratives, sales-trend analysis, and profitability strategy across in-room dining, events, and five dining concepts. I also create training for more than 700 front-of-house employees and have coached over 30 service staff to level one Court of Master Sommeliers certifications and subsequent promotions.
At Sanctuary Resort on Camelback Mountain, I managed resort-wide wine purchasing and helped Elements earn Wine Spectator's Best Award of Excellence for the first time in the restaurant's history.
Earlier, I managed front-of-house operations and beverage menus across four dining concepts at Four Seasons Scottsdale. My education includes a Master’s in Wine from The Culinary Institute of America, where I graduated valedictorian.
