I'm looking to lead healthcare or clinical operations where I can improve workflows, patient access, staff performance, compliance, and strategic growth.

I'm leading daily operations at Thomas Eye Group for an ophthalmology practice with 14 providers and more than 60 employees, coordinating staffing, scheduling, workflows, budgeting support, payroll, invoicing, inventory, and patient-acquisition initiatives.

Previously, I directed administrative and operational strategy at Milan Eye Center and Physician Directed Partners, and managed patient coordination and surgical scheduling for LCA Vision and LasikPlus. Across more than 10 years in healthcare operations, I've strengthened clinical workflows, regulatory compliance, revenue cycle oversight, staff development, patient education, and high-volume surgical programs.
