I’m looking for an onsite–offshore QA Test Lead role where I can lead manual/Web/ETL testing, drive defect management with JIRA/ALM, mentor teams, and deliver SLA-driven releases across global regions.

I’m a seasoned Test Lead with 18+ years of experience in the IT industry, specializing in Manual Testing and Web/ETL QA, with hands-on responsibility for HPS PowerCARD testing from data preparation to generating internal reports.

I’ve demonstrated success in test strategy, execution, and defect management using tools like JIRA and ALM, driving release quality through regression/system testing, API testing, and SQL-based backend verification.

I’ve led QA teams (10+ members, and up to fifteen) across onsite–offshore delivery, contributing to 100+ successful releases across 10 global regions with SLA-driven, cross-functional collaboration at DXC Technologies.
