What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead end-to-end QA in an Agile team, owning test planning, automation (Selenium/TestNG), API/performance testing, and stakeholder communication—while mentoring the team and improving quality metrics through strong defect tracking and reporting.

I’m a QA lead with 9+ years of experience in requirement analysis, creating test plan, and team coordination. I’m skilled in driving end-to-end quality through effective testing strategies and clear stakeholder communication, from analyzing user stories to executing functional, regression, integration, UI, and SIT testing.

I lead QA execution and mentoring—preparing test scenarios and test cases, assigning modules to team members, and tracking progress. I use Selenium and Selenium WebDriver with TestNG, build data-driven and regression automation frameworks, perform API testing with POSTMAN, and support performance testing with JMeter while managing defect tracking and reporting in JIRA and HP ALM.
