What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a QA/Test Lead role where I can own end-to-end testing, grow automation with Selenium/Java and API testing, and collaborate in Agile teams—delivering dependable releases across complex telecom/banking systems.

I’m a Senior QA & Test Lead with nearly 13 years of experience in quality assurance and software testing across Telecommunications, Banking, and Retail. I combine requirements analysis, test planning, and execution to deliver reliable web and mobile releases—on time and with clear accountability.

In my roles, I translate user requirement specifications into test scenarios, develop manual test cases, and drive comprehensive system and functional testing. I also focus on defect tracking and communication, partnering closely with developers and stakeholders to resolve technical issues efficiently.

I’m strongly automation-focused, scripting with Selenium using Java in the TestNG framework and applying Page Object Model approaches. I’ve worked with BDD using Cucumber, and I use tools like Rest Assured, Postman, and Jenkins to strengthen test coverage and speed up feedback.

I’ve led test planning and day-to-day execution through client updates, progress tracking, and cross-team coordination. I’m ISTQB Certified (Test Analyst) and have earned recognition including multiple “On the Spot” awards at TPG, which reflects my commitment to consistent quality and team impact.
