I am a proactive Technical Lead - QA with 14+ years of experience in functional and automation testing across banking, insurance (annuities) and communications domains. I have led teams and built automation frameworks using Java, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, Page Object Model, and tools such as UFT/QTP, JMeter and Rest Assured to deliver reliable, compliant software.

I have driven quality across the SDLC in Agile environments for clients including New York Life, Thermo Fisher, Ivanti, SumTotal, Cox Digital and Wells Fargo, combining hands-on test automation, API and performance testing with test planning, defect management and stakeholder demos.
