I've supported student achievement, school culture, and instructional excellence for more than 15 years in elementary and middle school settings.

At Farmersville Unified School District, I teach sixth grade and serve as Department Chair, facilitating team meetings, curriculum planning, and collaborative problem-solving.

I use assessment and student performance data to guide instruction and interventions while maintaining structured, learning-focused classrooms with clear expectations and positive reinforcement.

I've built strong partnerships with students, families, and staff, and I bring a Master's degree in Educational Administration to school-wide instructional leadership and student support.
