At Solari/Rocky Mountain Crisis Partners, I work remotely as a Crisis Specialist II and Lead Crisis Specialist, supporting people experiencing acute psychological, emotional, or behavioral distress.

I bring crisis management, clinical and safety assessment, de-escalation, intervention, incident management, and real-time operational decision-making to high-pressure situations. I have also provided State Medicaid case management at The Resource Exchange and served as a certified Youth Advocate with Youth Advocate Programs.

I'm completing a master's degree in Marriage, Family, Couple Therapy while building on my criminal justice and human services background. I lead collaboratively, help specialists manage high-pressure situations, and maintain detailed documentation using Microsoft Office and communication tools.
