I seek a role that allows me to empower individuals and foster community support.

I am a dedicated social worker with extensive experience in crisis intervention and support services. Currently, I serve as a Shift Supervisor Crisis Counselor at 988 Star Vista, where I provide consultation and emergency service interventions to ensure the safety and quality of care for individuals in crisis. My role involves monitoring quality assurance and training new hires in best practices, which has honed my leadership and mentoring skills.

Previously, I worked as a THP Foster Care Case Manager at Unity Care, where I supported youth in achieving their goals through school enrollment and job applications. My experience as a Social Worker Clinician I at Telecare allowed me to conduct psycho-social assessments and collaborate with case managers to provide essential resources to clients. I am passionate about empowering individuals and advocating for their needs within multidisciplinary teams.
