As a Child Protection Specialist, I investigated reports of child abuse and neglect in accordance with State Statute and Department Policy. I established working relationships with law enforcement, court personnel, mental health and substance abuse providers, and other local resources, while managing an average caseload of 20–25 investigations and 3–5 legal cases at a time.
