What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead data science and experimentation that connect AI measurement and modeling to product strategy—building trustworthy analytics, mentoring teams, and delivering executive-ready decisions for growth, engagement, and learning outcomes.

I’m a principal research scientist specializing in product analytics, experimentation, and behavior modeling at the intersection of AI, learning, and business strategy. I translate complex user behavior and product data into decisions that improve growth and engagement while staying customer-centric. My work spans large-scale clickstream analysis, predictive modeling, and executive-facing strategy.

At Pearson, I lead end-to-end research and analytics for AI study tools and learning products—designing measurement frameworks across clickstream, survey, institutional, and platform data to evaluate engagement, retention, and learning outcomes. I build scalable modeling solutions in R, Python, SQL, Snowflake, Spark, and Databricks, and I partner with product and executive stakeholders to prioritize features and guide roadmap investments. I also mentor analysts and scientists on data quality, governance, visualization standards, and applied statistical best practices.
