At Loka Leaps, I consult for startups and growth-stage companies on strategy, commercial development, and operational systems. At Masaya, I supported a new point-of-sale system and delivery platforms, then trained the owner and staff by role; order errors fell from roughly 15% to under 2% of daily orders, and sales rose 5% in the first month.

At Growth Guides Brazil, I led team and organisational development programmes for founders and senior executives, and helped train the AI model behind TeamAnalyser and embed it in our training. We worked with approximately 57 teams across four continents, with 95% average satisfaction and 100% on-time delivery; I also managed five FTE and three to five consultants across markets and time zones.
