At National Roads Authority, The Gambia, I maintain virtual and physical server and network infrastructure, supporting 200+ users. I administer Hyper-V and VMware environments and Windows Server systems.
I manage network and server monitoring, firewalls, and services including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Microsoft SQL Server. I also administer Microsoft 365, Azure, and Dynamics Business Central.
As Systems Manager at Transgambia Bridge Company (Africa50), I managed maintenance and inspections of tolling and weighing systems, servers, networks, and associated equipment. I also performed and coordinated preventative and corrective maintenance.
My work includes the NRA Digitalization Project, where I was Project Lead from April to September 2024, and research on quality of experience in remote robot systems with force feedback. I hold an MEng in Computer Science from Nagoya Institute Of Technology.
