I manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, IIS, user accounts, and system monitoring at the National Environment Agency. I also support air-quality monitoring infrastructure, including IQAir, BAM 1020, GPS devices, sensors, cloud storage, and data transmission systems.
Previously, I provided IT support across hardware, software, networks, and peripherals, resolving technical issues and maintaining support documentation. I build basic Batch and PowerShell automation, maintain databases for air-quality sensor data, and focus on secure, reliable system performance.
