I am a dynamic and results-driven professional with a strong background in data analytics and engineering. My journey in the tech industry has been marked by a commitment to leveraging technical expertise to drive business insights and contribute to organizational success. Currently, I serve as the BSS Head of Section at Africell Gambia, where I lead a high-performing team of data analysts. Together, we ensure the efficient flow of data from diverse telecom nodes to a centralized Data Warehouse, implementing robust data ingestion pipelines and utilizing advanced tools like SSIS, PowerShell, and Python for automation.

Throughout my career, I have developed and deployed interactive dashboards in Tableau, providing actionable insights to both technical and commercial stakeholders. My previous roles as a BSS Senior Engineer and BSS Engineer have equipped me with comprehensive experience in database administration, billing operations, and revenue analysis. I am passionate about translating complex data into actionable insights, and I continuously seek opportunities to enhance data accessibility and decision-making capabilities within my organization.
