What I'm looking for

I am seeking a role in IT management or operations where I can apply hands-on technical support, systems administration, and leadership to deliver reliable solutions and grow professionally.

I am an IT professional currently pursuing a B.Sc. in Information Technology with practical leadership experience across healthcare, services, and community organizations. I hold professional certificates from Google (IT Support) and IBM (Foundations of AI), reflecting continuous skills development.

As an ICT Manager, General Manager, and Executive Director, I led IT operations, managed teams, and delivered technology services that supported organizational needs. I co-founded and served as President of a community organization, demonstrating initiative and sustained community engagement.

My hands-on experience includes managing ICT for a medical clinic, overseeing a technology services company, and operating at executive level within a promotions organization, giving me a broad operational and technical perspective. I have also worked in manufacturing as a CNC machine operator, adding practical equipment and process experience.
