I'm looking for a client-facing role where I can strengthen customer relationships, support commercial or brand objectives, coordinate across teams, and deliver seamless, personalized service.

At Fransabank, I support daily commercial banking operations, maintain compliant client profiles, and help process new accounts. By following up with clients daily, I've contributed to a 10% increase in sales-order processing and closed over 50% of follow-up unpaid housing loans alongside the loan recovery unit.
