Consult with clients and internal experts during discovery to define implementation scope, including workflow analysis, baselines, challenges, solutions, and project roadmaps.

Integral team member of the Pricing and Harmonized Catalog team, migrating over 360 clinics to the EMR VetUp. Responsible for accurate site readiness through meticulous planning and communication with operational directors, practice managers, and veterinary technicians.

Led the Provider Training team, actively engaging with department leads, business stakeholders, clinical trainers, and medical affairs staff to ensure cohesive training delivery. Organized and maintained the content library in SharePoint for trainers using Adobe Captivate and MedPower videos.

Developed detailed work plans to complete projects within defined timeframes, applying health information systems and adult education best practices to content development. Created asynchronous online training content for diverse audiences, including physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals.

Provided clinical workflow support over phone, email, and in-person to clinicians, nurses, and clerks, supporting over 25 EMR applications including Cerner, Meditech, and PARIS. Proved to be a key member of the post-CST Cerner go-live team at 7 sites.

Worked one-on-one over the phone with people diagnosed with osteoporosis to provide the best health suggestions for their individual needs. Provided concise and realistic suggestions on supplementation, diet, exercise, and overall healthy lifestyle.

Worked on the first ever end-to-end Epic implementation in Canada, helping with clinical workflow mapping and discussing expectations and limitations with stakeholders. Served as a subject matter expert to provide on-site education on the e-health component, MyChart.

Received a full scholarship from NSERC-CREATE for women in STEM research. Presented a comprehensive research study on Diagnosis and Staging of Prostate Cancer in Ultrasound using Convolution Neural Network.

Graduated with an 87% average and made it to the Dean’s list. Received the Brock Student Excellence Scholarship for maintaining an above 80% average for four years.
