At KocharTech, I built the RAG backend for MaxAI, a multi-tenant AI chatbot SaaS. A regex preprocessor lets simple turns skip the LLM, handling about 40% of turns while cutting latency by about 30% and token cost by about 25%.

As a Software Development Engineer Intern at KocharTech, I owned WorkMax’s core compliance workflow, built from scratch as eight NestJS microservices and deployed across more than 10 teams. I also built an evidence-collection pipeline that cut audit-cycle effort from about three days to under four hours.

For a freelance client, I built BookMyVibe, an event-ticketing platform for the Canadian market that has processed CA$50K in sales. I used Redis seat locks and an idempotent payment flow to prevent double-booking during on-sales.
