At Contentstack, I co-built Red Panda CRM, a multi-tenant platform used by sales engineers in enterprise demos. I designed its PostgreSQL data model with tenant isolation and built an AI provisioning pipeline that generates industry-specific schemas and seeds project records.
I also delivered enterprise integrations and implemented unified search for a retirement-services client, reducing latency by about 40%. In my projects, I built and deployed Encore, a ticketing platform with protections against double-booking, and Pradaan Portal, a donation platform with role-based portals and payment integrations.
