What I'm looking for

I'm looking to use my remote customer support, communication, and problem-solving skills to help customers while continuing to grow in medical billing and coding.

I've provided remote customer support through Simplrflex for major clients including Burger King, Amazon, YETI, Popeyes, Tim Hortons, and Asurion, resolving customer inquiries across phone, email, and chat.

My National Guard logistics experience strengthened my inventory management, supply accountability, documentation, and independent problem-solving skills. I'm also completing Medical Billing and Coding prerequisites and preparing to pursue CPC certification.
