What I'm looking for

I am looking for an entry-level role (Junior IT, Technical Support, or Infrastructure) where I can apply my operational discipline and build hands-on cloud experience.

Based in Brasília, I am an entry-level candidate transitioning into tech with a background in remote, SLA-driven operations. In my past experiences, I worked in roles focused on data validation and search engine evaluation, where maintaining accuracy, following complex guidelines, and meeting quality standards under tight deadlines were daily requirements.

I am currently completing 300 hours of AWS cloud training through Escola da Nuvem. Through hands-on projects, I have configured VPCs, subnets, and Security Groups, managed access policies in IAM, and deployed EC2 instances.

My primary interest lies in core cloud infrastructure, networking, and system security. I am looking for a Junior IT or Technical Support role where I can combine my operational discipline with my growing AWS knowledge to help support reliable IT systems.
