What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine software testing with data analysis—driving continuous improvements, building clear dashboards/reporting, and collaborating with teams to deliver high-quality results and efficient processes.

I’m an IT professional and software testing specialist with a background that blends software validation with data analysis. With advanced English proficiency and continuous improvement at the core of how I work, I focus on turning observations into better outcomes.

In my current role as a Software Testing Specialist at Tecgraf / PUC-Rio, I test functionalities, performance, and usability, while continuously identifying improvements. Previously, as a Business Data Analyst at Tecgraf / PUC-Rio, I prepared queries for data extraction from Azure Application Insights and processed data to build reports in Power BI.

I also bring operational leadership and technical breadth: I coordinated teams at Tecgraf / PUC-Rio and supported database operations as a Junior Database Administrator at CEDAE. Across my history—including infrastructure and software development support, incident analysis, ticket follow-up, and technical training—I’ve developed a solution-oriented mindset, strong communication, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results for both internal and external clients.
