What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an entry-level cloud, infrastructure, or Tier 1 technical support role where I can apply AWS, Linux, Windows, networking, documentation, and incident-management skills while continuing to grow through hands-on technical work.

I'm transitioning into cloud and infrastructure work through the AWS re/Start program at Campinho Digital, where I've built and secured AWS environments using EC2, VPC, IAM, EBS, AWS CLI, and AWS Budgets.

I've provisioned VPCs with public and private subnets, Internet Gateways, route tables, Security Groups, and Network ACLs. I've also deployed Linux and Windows Server instances, managed EBS volumes, and applied least-privilege IAM policies.

My customer operations background has strengthened my incident handling, documentation, SLA awareness, conflict resolution, and communication in high-pressure environments. I bring fluent English, analytical problem-solving, and active listening to Tier 1 cloud support and infrastructure teams.
