I'm looking for opportunities in AI data evaluation, technical support, documentation, or Python automation where I can improve systems, create clear guidance, and contribute reliable, detailed work.

I evaluate AI-generated text, audio, and voice interactions through Outlier, providing structured feedback in Brazilian Portuguese and English to improve model reliability, clarity, and linguistic accuracy.

At Fundação do ABC, I wrote onboarding manuals and troubleshooting guides, handled daily software and hardware support, and maintained incident records in GLPI.

I developed N1-Bot with Python and Sema4.ai to automate common Tier 1 support-ticket resolutions and improve response times.

My background also includes managing software licenses, hardware inventories, support databases, and identity and access management at Ultra IT. I build Python projects that use APIs for automated data collection, extraction, and preprocessing.
