I founded Style and Serenity, an independent lifestyle publication for women 40+, where I write personal essays and manage everything from WordPress design and SEO to analytics, Pinterest, Medium, and email-list growth.
I also manage marketing and social media for Port Jefferson Physical Therapy’s two locations, creating branded campaigns and launching ONERO, a clinical bone-density program. Earlier, I produced, reported, and wrote for News 12 Long Island and earned a Press Club Award for television feature reporting.
