I guided insureds and third-party claimants through valuation decisions and settlement steps, and coordinated payments, vehicle movement, and salvage. I also used DCI evaluations to supplement valuations and mentored newer adjusters on total-loss workflows and documentation.
At Protective Insurance Corporation, I helped build a new glass-adjusting function by developing workflows, procedures, reference materials, and training resources. Earlier, I handled high-volume claims calls, opened claim files, and supported new-hire training.
