I’m a driven, adaptable professional who leads with purpose—currently serving as Chairperson of the Norwood Youth Crime Prevention Desk under CPF and SAPS in partnership with Lifeline and Community Safety. I focus on reducing youth-related crime by coordinating awareness campaigns, outreach programs, and community dialogues that help young people make positive, informed choices.

From 2019 to 2022, I built strong operational results as a Store Manager at KULCHA COUTURE. I implemented cost-effective inventory and production strategies, reducing material and operational expenses by 20%, and streamlined workflows across retail and garment production to improve efficiency and turnaround time by 25%. I also led cross-functional teams to deliver fashion collections and store targets on time and within budget.

Earlier experience strengthened my people-impact approach through service as a Literacy Facilitator with NALIBALI from 2017 to Dec 2022. I facilitated interactive reading and storytelling in schools and communities, led World Read Aloud Day (WRAD) campaigns, and trained reading club leaders and volunteers to increase local capacity. I also promoted access to multilingual reading materials and advocated for mother-tongue storytelling to make literacy more culturally inclusive.

I hold a Diploma in Fashion Design and have strengthened my practical toolkit with short courses including Strategic Sales Leadership and Digital Literacy.
