I’m an Australian legally trained, multilingual senior business strategist with Big-4 experience, focused on end-to-end business process evaluation, complex financial and operational modelling, and FP&A decision support. I bring strong governance and control discipline through SOX / IFRS reporting and risk-focused analysis.
Most recently, I founded and scaled Hangman Ropes, building a manufacturing business end-to-end with product design, supplier sourcing, production planning, pricing, and financial statements. I engineered secure remote infrastructure with Tailscale, implemented a fully self-hosted FOSS operations stack (ERP on VPS/Docker/Postgres), and automated reconciliation and monthly reporting to deliver real-time KPI visibility.
At PwC (Associate / Senior Associate), I led valuation and scenario modelling (DCF, sensitivity analyses, scenario trees) to stress-test significant estimates across mining rehabilitation provisions, derivatives, and managed funds. I owned delivery for multiple concurrent audit and digital-acceleration engagements, leading audit teams, managing resources and stakeholder expectations, and translating complex findings into board-level reporting.
In the Digital Accelerator team, I facilitated training, mentored junior staff, and scoped dashboards and automation tools (including DCF dashboards) for national roll-out. Founded and scaled a DTC aerial rope manufacturing business end-to-end, owning product design, supplier sourcing, production planning, pricing, and financial statements. Built a self-hosted FOSS ERP stack and automated reconciliation and month-end reporting using Bash/Python to improve KPI visibility and replace manual workflows.
Facilitated graduate digital assurance training and mentored junior staff, then led a Perth team of digital accelerators to build and drive adoption of analytics solutions. Scoped visualization and automation tools for national roll-out (e.g., DCF dashboards) and supported ML/AI pilot operationalization through roadmaps, change management, and training.
Built and standardized valuation and scenario models (DCF, sensitivity analyses, scenario trees) for significant estimates including mining rehabilitation provisions and managed funds valuations. Led SOX/IFRS control testing and audit delivery, managing teams and stakeholder communications, and developed automation workflows that reduced repetitive work by ~7.5 hours per accounts/version.
